We have designed and executed many residential, industrial, commercial, office, institutional, educational structures. We have designed Asia’s 1st floating structure for Thane Municipal Corporation (Originally as Art Gallary and later on converted into ‘Hotel Abhiruchi’) in the lake at Thane. We have also executed structures for temples, churches, mosques, gurudwara, etc. At present construction of ‘Twin lotus temples’ (similar to ‘Bahai temple’ at New Delhi) is in progress at Zarkand state being constructed by L&T for Dharma Mangal Jain Vidyapeeth. Practicing as " Govt. Approved Valuer" for last fourteen years. We have prepared valuation reports for various purposes such as Wealth Tax, Capital Gain, Collateral Security, Debt Recovery, Court matters, Charity Commissioner, Disinvestments, etc. Last year we have prepared valuation report for the capital assets owned by I.B.P. Co. Ltd. (Western Region) for the purpose of Disinvestments. We have prepared valuation reports for various banks and financial institutions such as State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Central Bank, Bank of India, Dena Bank, ICICI Bank, City Bank, Lord Krishna Bank, LIC, MSFC etc. Panel Valuer for Banks and Maharashtra State Finance Corporation. Visited Ahmedabad with team of structural engineers (As Team Leader) after the earthquake in February, April and May 2001, on invitation from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation to assess the damage caused to the various types of structures and to ascertain the structural stability and safety of the structures and to decide the methodology of repairs to the damaged structures. (Letter from Commissioner Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation & President PEATA are attached herewith). Special lectures were delivered to PEATA group and also to the ‘Builders Association of Navi Mumbai and Panvel.’ The topics were (a) Principle causes for damages to the structures at Ahmedabad & (b) Design and Constructional requirements for Earthquake Resistant Structure. |
